Defective or Incorrect Items
Customers must notify Shah-Outfits.com within 48 hours of receiving the order if an item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
If no notification is received within this period, the item will be considered delivered in good condition.
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective or not as described.
Once the exchange request is approved by the Shah Outfits Team, the item must be returned within 7 days under the following conditions:
• The item must be unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• Unused
• With all original tags attached
Once received and inspected, a replacement item will be arranged.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
After the return request is approved, the item must be returned within 7 days in the same condition it was received:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• Unused
• With all original tags attached
After inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• If the payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card.
• If the payment was made by bank transfer, the refund will be issued as store credit or bank refund depending on the case.
Please allow up to 30–45 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank processing time.
Refused Deliveries
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for orders that are refused at the time of delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
If cancelled within this period, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that any applicable bank processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
